User Obligations

As a user of our platform, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when registering and using our services
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations
• Not engage in any activity that could damage, disable, or impair our services or infrastructure
• Respect intellectual property rights and not reproduce, distribute, or transmit any content without authorization
• Comply with all applicable provincial and federal regulations governing procurement and commerce in Canada

You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account and must ensure compliance with these terms at all times.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content, software, features, and functionality on our platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and code, are the exclusive property of ProcureFlow Solutions Limited or our content providers. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our services solely for your internal business purposes. You may not modify, copy, distribute, or create derivative works based on our platform or content. Your use of our services does not grant you any ownership rights to our intellectual property. Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use our services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, profits, data, or business interruption. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for our services in the twelve months preceding the claim. Termination
